public class CacheConfigurationManager

extends java.lang.Object

CacheConfigurationManager holds a static CacheConfiguration for use throughout a system. It tries to load configuration properties from a file named 'swarmcache.properties' in the classpath, and uses the defaults if that file does not exist.
